    • Water Puppet Show and Dinner 5 - 10 PM, $40
Water puppets were originally used to entertain villagers in flooded rice paddies. Watch this unique and fascinating performance, then dine on Vietnamese cuisine with your friends.
    • Evening Vespa Foodie Tour 5 - 10 PM, $30
Hop on a vespa (with a local in the driver's seat) and enjoy the nightlife in Saigon.  Eat delicacies from around the country and enjoy local beverages. Great way to see and taste the real Saigon.
