CareerMe is Sri Lanka’s emerging professional career guidance, founded by a young Sri lanka woman entrepreneur, operating in technical partnership with Grow Careers Australia. CareerMe provides career guidance services to youth to explore education and career options that match their personality, skills, strengths and interests. As part of our career guidance process, we also refer youth to right education & training providers, financial service providers as well as employers. Our career guidance platform is Information Technology (IT) centric to enable reaching out to every corner of the country and all of our career guidance products and services is specifically localized to Sri Lankan context. CareerMe will work with stakeholders to help reduce the skills mismatch observed in Sri Lanka’s labour market and increase youth employability.
