The Asia Career Development Association (ACDA) was established by joint agreement between Japan Career Development Association (JCDA) and Korean Labor Foundation (KLF) on 29 November 2011 and opened its Secretariat in Japan. ACDA will conduct research and development in relation to career and issue internationally qualified certificate for career counselors. ACDA is aim to respond the changes of global employment market. ACDA will actively invite relevant organizations to expand its activities and international network.
