Mindfulness Survey

Dr. ZiYoung Kang Assistant Professor Duquesne University

Dr. ZiYoung Kang is conducting a research study to better understand how mindfulness manifests in everyday life and to develop the Mindfulness in Action Inventory. If you are willing, she would be deeply grateful for your participation in this brief (10–15 minute), anonymous survey. Anyone who is 18 years of age or older is encouraged to participate. Your input will help advance understanding of mindfulness in ways that may support decision-making, work-related functioning, and overall well-being. Asia Pacific Career Development Journal (APCDJ) is an international biannual scholarly journal dedicated to all career development and intervention related topics, such as career counseling, individual and organizational career development, work and leisure, career education, career coaching, and career management.  Issues are published each March and September.  We are currently accepting manuscripts to be published.

Simplified Chinese Version

APCDA Glossary of Career Development Terms

APCDA is delighted to announce the new Simplified Chinese Version of the APCDA Glossary of Career Development Terms. This translation was developed by Mr. Zhengxin Liu.

Zhengxin Liu specializes in career planning consultation and assessment, with over 70 personal consultation cases. He is adept at applying and researching Holland’s RIASEC theory. He holds a Master of Science in International Management and is certified as an IPP International Career Professional Planner. He is a partner at Puruida Career Company and a member of APCDA and IAEVG. He also serves as a Senior Researcher of Career Counseling Theory at HKICDA and a career planning expert on the expert panel of the Guangdong Human Resource Management Association. He has worked as a career planning advisor at regional large-scale job fairs, a talent assessment advisor, and an advisor for national university career planning student competitions, among other roles.

APCDA has many recorded webinars, some by famous people and all containing really valuable information about our field.  Some webinars are free to all.  Other webinars use dual pricing based on the average income of your area. After six months, all paid webinars are free for members and low-priced for non-members. All Recorded Webinars can be found in the Store.

Members are invited to download a copy of the Member Logo from the APCDA Website. The legal agreement published on our website makes it possible for our members to use this logo on your website, signature, or letterhead.  We currently have five kinds of member logos:

  5. Professional associations which offer Joint Membership with APCDA (Affiliates)

If you fall into groups 1 to 4, please go to our website at AsiaPacificCDA.org and click “Member Portal.” Choose Workspaces, and your member logos (as JPG or PNG files) should be waiting there for you to download. If you fall into the fifth group, you should have received the logo from us by email. If not, send a request to:  Info@AsiaPacificCDA.org
