Mary McMahon – Co-Chair of the IAEVG Scientific Committee is an Honorary Associate Professor at The University of Queensland, School of Education. Mary is a developer and co-author (with Wendy Patton) of the Systems Theory Framework of career development. She researches and publishes on career development across the lifespan, narrative and systems approaches to career counselling, and qualitative career assessment. Mary received the 2020 European Society for Vocational Designing and Career Counseling award for distinguished contributions to vocational designing and career counselling and the 2021 Lifetime Achievement Award from the Asia Pacific Career Development Association. Mary is an IAEVG Board Member.

Jérôme Rossier – Co-Chair of the IAEVG Scientific Committee is currently full professor of vocational and counseling psychology at the Institute of Psychology of the University of Lausanne. He is member of several editorial boards of scientific journals such as the Journal of Vocational Behavior or the Journal of Research in Personality. His teaching areas and research interests include counseling, personality, psychological assessment, and cross-cultural psychology. He published more than 200 scientific articles and book chapters and co-edited in 2015 the Handbook of life design: From practice to theory and from theory to practice. He participated actively to many international research projects, such as the personality across culture research or the international career adaptability project. He is currently member of the Scientific advisory committee for VET research of the Swiss State secretariat for education, research and innovation (SERI), of the Federal department of economic affairs, education and research (EAER). 
Dr Peyman Abkhezr is a Lecturer at Griffith University, School of Applied Psychology. As part of his own migratory experiences in four different countries, he worked as a mental health counsellor for asylum seekers in Malaysia, and a career counsellor for a diverse range of university students in Malaysia and Australia. Passionate about a social justice approach to career development, Peyman’s research focuses on the career development of migrants. Consistent with the International Labour Organisation’s decent work agenda, Peyman’s research focuses on migrants’ work complexities post migration and highlights how career development and vocational psychology research could inform context-sensitive career practices, as well as employment policy, to support migrants’ integration. 
Professor Nancy Arthur is currently appointed as Dean Research for UniSA Business at the University of South Australia and Professor Emeritus, University of Calgary, Canada, where she was awarded a Canada Research Chair in professional education for diversity and social justice, Nancy’s current research focuses on Culture-Infused Career Counselling, diversity and social justice in professional practice, and the transition experiences of international students and workers. Prof Arthur is a Registered Psychologist (AB Canada) an elected Fellow of the Canadian Psychological Association, and she served as Vice-President of the International Association of Educational and Vocational Guidance. 
Raysen W. L. Cheung, PhD, is Associate Professor in Counselling and Psychology at Hong Kong Shue Yan University. He obtained PhD from Loughborough University, United Kingdom, and is a Registered Counselling Psychologist and a Registered Industrial-Organizational Psychologist of the Hong Kong Psychological Society. With research interests in vocational psychology, employability, and counselling interventions, he has published in the Journal of Vocational Behavior, the Journal of Career Assessment, the Journal of College Student Development, and the Asian Journal of Counseling. He serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Vocational Behavior and the Australian Journal of Career Development. 
Lisa Y. Flores is a Professor of Psychology in the Department of Psychological Sciences at the University of Missouri. She has expertise in the career development of women and Latinx, and has published over 100 journal articles and book chapters and presented over 200 conference presentations in these areas. She has been PI and co-PI on grants totaling $5.1 million to support her research. Dr. Flores is Editor of the Journal of Career Development, and Legacies and Traditions Forum Editor of The Counseling Psychologist. She is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association (Divisions 17, 35, 45). 
Teruyuki Fujita Ph.D is a Professor at the Faculty of Human Sciences, University of Tsukuba. He teaches career guidance and counseling at the College of Education, and comparative policy studies on career development for youth at the Graduate School of Comprehensive Human Sciences. He has been in his current position for eight years. He started his professional career in 1993 as an assistant professor at a private university. In 1998, he returned to the University of Tsukuba as a faculty member and continued for 10 years. Then in 2008, he was appointed as a principal researcher on career guidance at the National Institute for Educational Policy Research of Japan (NIER) and concurrently served as the senior specialist for student guidance at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT). 
Jane Goodman. Dr. Goodman is Professor Emerita of Counseling at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, USA. She is a past president of the Counselors for Social Justice, the American Counseling Association and the National Career Development Association and currently serves as a vice president for the International Association of Educational and Vocational Guidance and on the board of the Counselors for Social Justice. She is the author of several books and many articles and book chapters, primarily relating to transitions and the career development of adults, including the recently released 5 th Edition of Counseling Adults in Transition (with Mary Anderson and Nancy Schlossberg. 
Jaana Kettunen is an Associate professor and a Vice-director at the Finnish Institute for Educational Research of the University of Jyväskylä. Her research which has a strong international orientation revolves around career guidance practice and policy with a special interest on the design and use of information and communication technology in career guidance. 
Beatriz Malik-Liévano is Professor in Educational and Career Guidance at the Spanish National University of Distance Education (UNED). She has taken part in several research projects and publications, both nationally and internationally, in the fields of educational and career guidance, as well as intercultural education. She co-edited the book International Perspectives on Research in Educational and Career Guidance. Promoting Equity Through Guidance (Springer), with B.Álvarez-González, M.F. Sánchez-García & B.A.Irving. Member of the IAEVG Board of Directors from 2003 to 2011, and the Executive Committee until 2019. Marcelo Afonso Ribeiro is an associate professor at the Social and Work Psychology Department (undergraduate and postgraduate studies), doctoral supervisor, Director of the Work Applied Psychology Center, and Coordinator of the Career Counseling Service at the University of Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo, Brazil. Received his Ph.D. in career counseling from the Psychology Institute, University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Soledad Romero-Rodríguez, PhD, Professor of Vocational and Career Guidance at the University of Seville (Spain) since 1989, is a member of the Guidance College Professors Interuniversity Network (RIPO). Member of the Advisory Board of the Asociación Española de Orientación y Psicopedagogía (AEOP) and Asociación Interuniversitaria De Investigación Pedagógica (AIDIPE). Member of the Board of Directors IAEVG. She has led and participate in research into vocational and career guidance program design and transitions in Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Higher Education. She is the author of book chapters and articles about vocational and career guidance interventions. 
Maria do Céu Taveira, PhD, is an Educational Psychology. She is Associate Professor and Associate Director of the Department of Applied Psychology at the University of Minho. She coordinates the Learning, Instruction and Career Laboratory and the research group on Career Development and Counseling, at the institution. Dr. Taveira develops systematic research and publications on vocational exploration, personal career management, and the evaluation of interventions in the field. She is a member of the editorial board of several scientific journals in Psychology and Education. She is a founding member of different scientific and professional associations, such as the Portuguese Association for Career Development. 
Hsiu-Lan Shelley Tien received her Ph.D. in Counselor Education from the University of Iowa in 1993. She is a professor at the Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling at the National Taiwan Normal University. Her current areas of interest are career counseling and studies of vocational behavior, training of counseling skills, working with dreams, and qualitative research. She is also a licensed psychologist in Taipei, Taiwan. Currently she is director of the University Community Counseling Center (2019- now). She was the past president of the Asia Pacific Career Development Association. She earned the 2016 International Practitioner of the Year Award from the National Career Development Association and earned the NCDA fellow award in 2020. 
María Consuelo Velaz de Medrano Ureta, Ph.D. in Education from Complutense University (Madrid, Spain). Full Professor in Educational Guidance (Faculty of Education. Spanish National Distance University). He was the 2021 recipient of an international award for distinguished contributions to vocational designing and career counselling. Mark researches and practices in the field of career development, counselling and assessment. Mark has published extensively in international journals, co-authored several career psychology books, contributed chapters to international career books, and is a co-developer of an international qualitative career assessment instrument.
