1. How do I change my email address?
- Step 1: Log-in with your old email address.
- Step 2: Click "Your Name" on Top Right Corner
- Step 3: Click "Edit Profile" button below the word My Profile (on the center left).
- Step 4: Enter your new email address to the box email (below the box Job Title).
- Step 5: Click "Save" button at the end of the page.
Now you can log-in with your new email.
2. What if I have two records?
If you have 2 records with 2 different emails on our website, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell use which email is the best. We can merge the 2 records together.
3. I am a member, but I don't see the Member Rate
If you cannot see Member Rate, the record you are using is not a member. Do you have another record with a different email? Did your membership expire? If yes, please contact us at email@example.com if you need help.
