We care about our students – Career Advising Service
In order to assist students in exploring their potential and interests, we are always ready for consultation appointments. Students can feel free to make appointments for career advising, mock interviews and resume review. Also, we regularly organize “Career Interest Assessment Workshops” during the semester. Through different assessment tools and a series of self-exploration activities, the workshops can help students better understand their occupational interests and characteristics. Through the above services, we provide timely career guidance to help students catch their dreams.
Recruitment events are held in every graduation season

Career and Internship Fair
Every year, we invite companies and organizations from various sectors to the “Career and Internship Fair” in order to provide students with a broad perspective of the job market, employment and internship opportunities. During the fair, the exhibiting companies will hold recruitment talks and have face-to-face conversations with students. We also organize a series of “Career Training Workshops” so as to enhance students’ job-hunting skills and preparation for employment. Topics include resume and cover letter writing, interview skills, networking skills, business etiquette and personal grooming, etc. Technology helps Job Search – UM Student Job Vacancy E-System In addition to the “Career and Internship Fair” and in-person recruitment talks, we manage the “Job Vacancy E-System” in order to provide employment information to students.  The system is an online platform for employers to post their recruitment information which is exclusive to UM students and fresh graduates. By using the system, students are able to look for job opportunities whenever they want. Please refer to the link: https://go.um.edu.mo/tjevy0sg to learn more about this system.
