Life Development Institute
Life Development Institute (LDI), established in 2020, is the first and only professional organization in Hong Kong dedicated to advancing career development education, training, and ecosystem building. Recognized by the HKSAR Government as a charitable institution of a public character (91/19443), LDI plays a pivotal role in setting professional standards and cultivating a vibrant network of practitioners, educators, and organizations committed to lifelong career growth.
As a Continuing Education Provider of the National Career Development Association (NCDA) in Greater China, LDI, delivers internationally recognized certificate courses and continuing education opportunities. It also partners strategically with the Hong Kong Life Planning Association—the first non-profit organization in Hong Kong focused on practical life and career planning—to strengthen professional practice and promote evidence-based approaches in career education.
