Use of the APCDA Name and Logo
Member dues are paid annually, and your membership is considered Active for 365 days. As long as your membership is Active, APCDA grants you a nonexclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable limited license to use the APCDA name and Member Logo for the limited purpose of conveying notice of your relationship with APCDA.
You shall have no other right in the APCDA name, logo, and Member Logo beyond the right granted in this Agreement.
Upon termination of membership, you shall discontinue all use of the name and Member Logo. Furthermore, APCDA has an absolute right to terminate, cancel, suspend or withdraw your license to the name and Member Logo at any time and for any reason.
The name and Member Logo may not be used to represent approval by APCDA of the content of media without prior written permission of APCDA. A copy of any proposed media must accompany all requests for permission.
The name and Member Logo may not be used to represent an endorsement or certification by APCDA of any product or service offered by you.
The name and/or Member Logo must always be a component of or accompanied by the words “member of the Asia Pacific Career Development Association.”
You may display the name and/or Member Logo on your website. Your online use of the name and/or Member Logo will be linked, at a minimum, from the most prominent reference to the name and/or Member Logo to the APCDA website at https://asiapacificcda.org/ (or such other address as shall be established by APCDA).
