The Chinese Glossary is available in two versions—Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese—each developed through the contributions of career development professionals (CDPs).
The Traditional Chinese version was developed in May 2019, while the first Simplified Chinese version was developed in early 2024. We are grateful to Mr. Zhengxin Liu for his valuable contribution in developing the first version of the Simplified Chinese Glossary.
An updated Simplified Chinese Glossary was published in September 2026. This edition is particularly significant as it was developed and reviewed collaboratively by an accomplished group of career development professionals representing different regions across China. Their collective expertise and regional perspectives have helped strengthen the relevance and consistency of the terminology for the wider Chinese career development community.
